For Instant Book listings, your deposit is charged immediately and the booking is confirmed. For Confirm First listings, the deposit is authorized (held) while the host confirms availability within 24 hours. Balance is collected automatically 60 days before your trip.
Once confirmed, your host's contact info is shared and they'll take it from there. Trip details, group logistics, any questions. All you have to do is show up, knowing everyone there wants the same thing: real connection, alcohol-free.
The deposit is 25% of the total trip cost and is set at booking. A paid deposit secures your spot. How it's charged depends on the listing type: • Instant Book: the deposit is charged immediately • Confirm First: the deposit is authorized while the host confirms within 24 hours. If the host declines, the authorization is released in full The remaining balance is due 60 days before the trip start date.
The remaining balance is collected automatically 60 days before the trip start date. If your trip is within 60 days at the time of booking, full payment is required immediately. Your stored payment method is charged on the scheduled date.
The system retries up to 3 times over 7 days (day 1, day 3, and day 6). You'll receive escalating notifications at each step. If the balance remains unpaid after 7 days, the booking is cancelled. The deposit follows the standard cancellation policy.
We understand that plans sometimes change. Here's our cancellation policy: • Within 48 hours of booking: full refund • After 48 hours: deposit non-refundable • More than 60 days before the trip: full refund minus the deposit • 30–60 days before the trip: 50% refund of the balance • Less than 30 days before the trip: no refund We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected circumstances.
Instant Book means your booking is confirmed the moment you pay the deposit. Confirm First means your deposit is authorized (held, not charged) while the host has 24 hours to confirm availability. If declined or timed out, the hold is released and you will be notified by email.
